"I started working with Amy with doubts about what paths I wanted to pursue in my leadership career. Amy was able to guide me through my avoidance of asking and answering questions that I found difficult. She had the ability to provide methods for me to move forward and help me find my next path. Even after 6 months her words and advice continue to refresh my thoughts and remind me of my true desires for my career. Every moment of Amy's words and guidance was invaluable."

Insight

Insight is making the invisible visible. Insight into habits, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors that are interfering or blocking you from having the impact and fulfillment you want.

Be Intentional

When you can “see how you see” and notice your reactive tendencies, you can pause, pivot, be intentional in your actions. Once you begin the practices to enhance self-awareness, you will see new possibilities everywhere and no longer feel trapped.

Edge

Edge is your zone of uncertainty and discomfort, where new insight reveals the opportunity for new and unfamiliar action. Your inner critic voice, feeling not good enough, and the imposter experience thrive in uncertainty.

Face your Edge

Facing your Edge requires you learn to see the inseparable connection between the body, head, and heart. You develop emotional, relational, conversational and somatic capabilities to transform your life, leadership, team, and culture.
